Grinnell, Iowa area.
Executive Director Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Three to five years of senior management experience required.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for high-quality clinical services.
Executive Director Job Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations, the operating budget, payroll review, purchasing, census reporting, and expense controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety, infection-control, medication-management, and HR requirements.
- Oversee staffing, employee training, competency reviews, performance improvement, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain a safe, well-functioning facility by overseeing vendors, repairs, technology, emergency preparedness, and incident follow-up.
