What You’ll Do:
- Lead the community’s operations, financial performance, and human resources management.
- Model and promote a resident-centered culture that ensures outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships in the local community to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Morningside Ministries’ standards.
- Engage with residents and families through an open-door leadership style.
- Oversee all departments, ensuring alignment with budget, quality goals, and resident satisfaction.
- Review financial statements, monitor performance, and implement action plans when needed.
- Support and promote Morningside Ministries’ mission to provide quality service to seniors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior leadership role within senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC); skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License required; valid driver’s license.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to lead people and solve complex problems.
- Passion: A genuine desire to serve seniors and foster a thriving, compassionate community.
