MaineGeneral Health (MGH) is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Executive Director of the Kennebec Regional Health Alliance (KRHA). This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are restructuring KRHA to maximize value-based reimbursement opportunities and strengthen our position for the future.
KRHA is a Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that plays a vital role in aligning providers and payers to deliver high-quality, coordinated care to the communities we serve. As the Executive Director, you will report directly to the MGH CEO and have the opportunity to lead, influence, and develop value-based strategies at Maine's third-largest independent health system. The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
