    Description

    ABOUT US

Level 4 Transit is an established, premier medical transportation provider in the Dallas metroplex. In a major strategic expansion, we are currently acquiring an established home healthcare agency with a rock-solid foundation, active licensing, and an excellent reputation. The acquired agency boasts a strong existing customer base across the Veterans Administration (VA), Medicaid, and Medicare.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Executive Director / Healthcare Administrator to take the reins of this established asset and spearhead our next phase of aggressive expansion in both skilled and non-skilled home healthcare.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

The role combines the security of an established business with the upside and excitement of a high-growth venture. The operational foundation, infrastructure, and core contracts are already in place. Your mandate is to integrate this business into our ecosystem, optimize existing clinical operations, and drive massive growth—specifically by maximizing our footprint with the VA and building a dominant private-pay non-skilled home care division from scratch.

    JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Home Healthcare Administrator with a strong focus on growth and scaling operations. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and expand our home care services, ensuring high-quality care for individuals across various settings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for senior care, deep expertise in long-term care environments, and a proven track record of managing operations, teams, and budgets effectively. Join us to lead innovative initiatives that enhance service delivery, foster community partnerships, and drive organizational growth in the home healthcare sector.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth & Referral Management (The Core Focus):

    • Actively market the agency’s services to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, discharge planners, and community organizations across the Dallas metroplex to drive a consistent referral pipeline.
    • Deepen our existing relationship with the Veterans Administration (VA) to capture a larger share of veteran care programs.
    • Design, launch, and execute a strategic marketing plan to capture the high-margin Private Pay market for non-skilled personal care and companionship.

    Team Building & Recruitment:

    • Lead, inspire, and scale the clinical and internal office team to support an increasing patient census.
    • Develop and oversee an aggressive recruitment and retention strategy for caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to ensure the field staff grows in lockstep with new client acquisition.

    Operations & Integration Management:

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless continuity of care for existing clients during the transition.
    • Ensure absolute compliance with federal, state, Texas HHS, and CMS regulations across Medicare, Medicaid, and VA programs.
    • Manage the division’s P&L, focusing on maximizing utilization, optimizing scheduling efficiency, and driving profitability.

    HOW TO APPLY

If you are a builder who excels at turning established operations into high-growth engines, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief note highlighting your specific experience growing a private-pay census or expanding VA healthcare relationships.
