The Commercial team at EyePoint focuses on bringing innovative therapies to patients by ensuring healthcare providers, partners, and communities have access to treatment, reimbursement, and are able to use the product appropriately. This team uses data-driven insights, market access strategies, and a patient-centric approach to improve awareness, access, and adoption of EyePoint's therapies to help improve vision outcomes for people with serious retinal diseases.
The Executive Director, Field Marketing will architect and lead the KOL engagement and advocacy strategy for EyePoint Pharmaceuticals'' retina franchise. This leader is responsible for building deep, strategic relationships with national, regional, and emerging retina opinion leaders; cultivating advocacy networks across academic and community settings; driving KOL-led scientific content and digital advocacy; and serving as the strategic liaison between the retina KOL community and EyePoint''s commercial and medical organizations. This position will lead a team of remote, field-based, Field Marketing Managers to engage directly with thought leaders in retina.
