    Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Executive Director to lead our Early Childhood Day Treatment program. This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive operations of a specialized therapeutic environment dedicated to supporting children ages 3 to 12 with behavioral challenges and mental health needs. The Executive Director will champion a collaborative, child-centered approach, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes growth and healing. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while guiding a passionate team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
     
    Duties
     
    • Provide visionary leadership for the early childhood day treatment program, setting strategic goals aligned with best practices in behavioral health and early childhood development.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated, skilled team committed to exceptional patient care.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAA, ICD coding standards (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and medical documentation requirements.
    • Develop and monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies to sustain high-quality services.
    • Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, community partners, and healthcare providers to coordinate case management and home & community care initiatives.
    • Lead quality assurance efforts through data collection, research initiatives, clinical documentation audits, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
