    How this role contributes to the Y's mission:As a Y Executive Director, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one or more Y Family Centers. You will provide leadership in the areas of associate hiring, supervision and development, volunteer management, fiscal management, financial development, membership and program administration, facility & equipment stewardship, community relations and personal-professional development. You will develop, implement and monitor long range plans for the expansion of programs and services, in harmony with overall Y objectives. You will be responsible for leading and growing Family Center operations of 4,000+ household membership units and a combined budget of $2.5 million. As a Y Executive Director, you'll contribute to the Y and to the broader community we serve by creating experiences that help people feel a greater sense of health and well-being, purpose, acceptance and belonging.This work is right for you if you have:
