Job Description
The University of Missouri Department of Athletics is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and service-oriented professional to serve as the Executive Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position provides executive-level strategic, operational, and organizational support to the Director of Athletics while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office and promoting the Mizzou Athletics vision and core values.
The Executive Coordinator will serve as a trusted advisor and key member of the team, coordinating strategic initiatives, executive communications, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational priorities. This position serves as the primary point of coordination between the Director of Athletics, campus, the Southeastern Conference, the NCAA, and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of departmental priorities and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights and Weekends as required by events.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Administrative Office experience and/or Collegiate Athletics experience is preferred.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $68,000 - $80,000 per year
Grade: GGS 010
