Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Develop and innovate delicious menu items that reflect our Cajun, American and Seafood cuisine
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic kitchen team to deliver excellent service
- Follow all health code protocol and procedures to a tee to ensure food quality and safety
- Hiring, guiding and developing the culinary staff around you
- Developing systems to control kitchen production and quality
- Collaborate with a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a like kitchen
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and styles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
