LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE CHEF IN LAS VEGAS!

MUST LIVE IN LAS VEGAS AND LEGAL TO WORK IN THE USA

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive chef with a background in high profile, high volume, dining. This is a working, lead by example gig, the systems and recipes are all in place. We do not need a creative. We need autonomous, alpha leaders who can handle BOH without "hand holding", want to grow with our successful company and are emotionally mature. We have 5 units at this time and will continue expanding in California, Las Vegas and other Southwest cities.

About the Role

Responsibilities include managing finances for the operation, producing quality food, and training junior personnel.

Qualifications

        3+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high volume, notable restaurant

  • Experience in leading and supervising junior employees
  • Experience working within budgets, purchasing, inventory and p&l

Required Skills

  • Leadership
  • Financial management
  • Food quality assurance
  • Legal to work in the US

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in casual dining
  • Ability to work under pressure
