Job Title: Executive Business Partner - CMG
Position Overview
The Executive Business Partner plays a critical role in helping executive leaders operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. By providing proactive support, coordinating priorities, managing critical communications, and ensuring follow-through on key activities, the Executive Business Partner acts as a force multiplier for executive leadership, creating the capacity for leaders to focus on strategic objectives and business results.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support by serving as a highly organized coordinator, relationship builder, and problem solver who helps create structure, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the executives areas of responsibility. Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
By anticipating needs, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and proactively driving follow-through, the Executive Business Partner helps maximize organizational effectiveness and the impact of executive leader(s) and their teams.
