Description
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Executive Briefing Consultant in support of our enterprise storage and compute customer based in Round Rock, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Develop tailored briefing agendas aligning Company solutions, demos, and thought leadership to customer priorities
- Conduct pre-briefing discovery and research to shape content and identify relevant demonstrations
- Facilitate and moderate customer briefing sessions, managing flow and keeping discussions on track
- Deliver post-briefing summaries, action items, and follow-up recommendations to support pipeline acceleration
- Build consultative relationships with account teams and customer stakeholders to drive repeat engagement
- Own and maintain all technical environments for Company Technologies Days, including NVIDIA GB10 platforms, AI workstations, and demonstration systems
- Lead technology setup, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and teardown for briefings and hands-on labs
- Serve as primary onsite technical support, providing fast issue resolution during customer engagements
- Manage hardware inventories, asset tracking, documentation, and system lifecycle activities
- Manage customer-facing OFT activities and maintain accurate event information across the global event calendar and other internal tools
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years in technical operations, IT support, lab management, or a related technical role
- 1-2+ years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role
- Experience supporting customer-facing briefings, executive engagements, or demonstration environments
- Experience with workstation, server, GPU, or AI computing environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and presentation technologies
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to develop tailored briefing agendas and facilitate consultative customer conversations
- Experience with NVIDIA GPU technologies, AI platforms, and NVIDIA GB10 systems
- Experience with CRM or briefing management platforms
- Background supporting Executive Briefing Centers or executive-level engagements
- Knowledge of Company Technologies infrastructure, AI, storage, networking, and compute solutions
- Understanding consultative selling methodologies and how briefings support the sales cycle
- Familiarity with AI, generative AI, and emerging technology trends
- Familiarity with audiovisual technologies and briefing room environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
