Posting Description:

Executive Benefits Specialist - Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC)

Are you looking to join an industry-leading team and deliver high-quality service in a client-focused environment? If so, consider our Executive Benefits Specialist role.

Aon is seeking a detail-oriented benefits or financial services professional to support the administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and related executive benefit programs. You will work with corporate plan sponsors, executive-level participants, recordkeeping and administrative systems, and internal partners to deliver accurate, timely, and high-touch service.

The strongest candidates will have direct NQDC experience or transferable experience in retirement plan administration, pension administration, executive compensation, stock plan administration, trust or recordkeeping operations, payroll administration, or another regulated financial-services environment involving participant accounts, plan provisions, transactions, and reconciliations.

This hybrid position offers flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Radnor, PA offices.

  • Interpret plan provisions and established administrative procedures to respond to plan sponsor and participant questions accurately.
  • Coordinate data and transaction activity with clients, payroll teams, recordkeepers, trustees, carriers, and internal partners.
