    Our client, a global holding company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CFO in their corporate headquarters. This highly visible role requires an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is accustomed to supporting C-suite executives with complex, ever-changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of executive support experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. This person will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO, collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and key internal and external stakeholders. Experience supporting a CFO within a publicly traded or global organization is highly preferred. This role is 5x days/wk in-office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and assist the Office of the CEO as needed
    • Manage an extremely complex and dynamic calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing demands
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, visas, and meeting logistics
    • Prepare, reconcile, and submit executive expense reports
    • Monitor and prioritize emails, meeting requests, and executive communications
    • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, briefing materials, and meeting packets
    • Coordinate meetings with the Executive Leadership Team, Board members, investors, external partners, and key internal stakeholders
    • Support quarterly earnings preparation, Board meetings, investor conferences, analyst meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, and Finance organization events
    • Track key initiatives, action items, deadlines, and executive priorities across multiple business functions
    • Partner closely with Executive Assistants across the organization to ensure seamless coordination
    • Maintain organizational charts, contact lists, confidential files, and departmental information
    • Coordinate conference rooms, catering, technology support, invoices, memberships, subscriptions, and other administrative requests
    • Support onboarding logistics for Finance leadership hires
    • Handle all executive support responsibilities with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a Chief Financial Officer within a publicly traded or global organization
    • Bachelor's degree preferred 
    • Extensive experience managing complex calendars, international travel, Board-level meetings, and confidential executive communications
    • Experience supporting Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting, or Corporate functions is highly preferred
    • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to anticipate executive needs, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple competing priorities independently
    • Strong project management skills with excellent follow-through
    • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and work effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
    • Experience working across multiple time zones and international teams
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot
    • Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred
    • High level of professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality


    SALARY
    $(DOE) + Discretionary Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

    HOURS
    8:30/9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM + flexibility and availability outside of standard business hours as needed, particularly during quarterly earnings, Board meetings, and other critical business events
