About the role
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides direct, high-level support to the CEO, serving as an operational and organizational anchor across both organizations. This is an entirely on-site role based in Owings Mills, MD. Responsibilities include classic EA duties—calendar management, communication support, travel coordination—plus business development support for the tech platform, specifically scheduling and managing product demos with treatment centers and partners.
