    Our client, a global fintech company in downtown Manhattan, is looking to hire a highly strategic and polished Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This individual will act as a trusted partner and extension of the CEO’s office, managing complex priorities, driving key initiatives and ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for high-impact decisions. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, proactive and discreet, with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys operating at the intersection of executive support, strategy and project management! This role is hybrid, with 3 days/week in-office at their office in FiDi.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing a complex calendar, scheduling, communications and follow-ups
    • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively prepare briefing materials, presentations and decision-support documents
    • Coordinate board meetings, investor sessions, high-level client engagements and other executive meetings
    • Draft and review executive-level communications, presentations, reports and other materials for internal and external audiences
    • Track and monitor progress on CEO-led strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across business units
    • Partner with the CEO and internal teams on organizational planning, leadership priorities and executive team coordination
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of action items
    • Coordinate leadership offsites, quarterly business reviews, global town halls and other executive/company-wide events
    • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met
    • Oversee executive dashboards, KPIs and reporting to provide visibility into key priorities
    • Maintain organizational charts and governance documentation
    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
    • Manage expense reporting and related procurement processes
    • Handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve executive workflows and overall efficiency

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally including 3+ years in a strategic EA, Chief of Staff or similarly high-level capacity
    • Experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
    • Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
    • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives, board members, investors, clients and other key stakeholders
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
    • Detail-oriented, resourceful and solutions-focused
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
    • A flexible, positive and hands-on approach to the role is a must!

    SALARY

    $(DOE) + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

    HOURS

    Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office in New York City; flexibility outside of standard business hours as needed
