    Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Tech Investment team in Dallas. This role will provide direct support to senior investment professionals and serve as a key partner in managing the team’s day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior members of the Tech Investment team
    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
    • Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls
    • Assist with presentations, team projects, and other ad hoc initiatives
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
    • Partner with other Executive Assistants and internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level professionals
    • Prior experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, financial services, or a similar professional environment preferred
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly professional, proactive, and team-oriented
    • Strong judgment and discretion

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $125,000–$135,000 base salary, plus a discretionary bonus
    • Fully covered benefits
