    SourceProSearch is looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partners of our Real Estate Law Firm. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is a self-starter, possesses a positive attitude, and excels in organization and communication. You will manage the partners' day-to-day workflow, ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate the managing partners' calendars, set reminders, and handle appointment rescheduling.
    • Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the managing partners, internal staff, clients, and external contacts. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, document preparation, and managing correspondence.
    • Project Support: Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives driven by the managing partners.
    • Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing organizational tasks and document filing.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, or Mixo is a plus.
    • Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Previous office experience (through internships or part-time work) is a plus but not required.
