    Our client, a longstanding nonprofit institution in Manhattan, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Executive Director/CEO. This is a dynamic role for an organized, resourceful professional who enjoys wearing many hats and partnering closely with organizational leadership.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing executive support with operational and administrative projects.

    This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity in Manhattan. Occasional evening or weekend responsiveness may be required. A catered lunch is provided daily.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director
    • Manage a complex calendar and scheduling
    • Draft correspondence and manage communications
    • Answer phones and serve as a key internal and external contact
    • Organize confidential files and records
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting notes
    • Assist with internal communications and mass email campaigns
    • Track employee vacation requests
    • Support social media and website updates
    • Coordinate advertising and external communications
    • Assist with insurance documentation and administrative reporting
    • Support event planning and special projects
    • Assist with personal administrative projects as needed
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    • Typing speed of a minimum of 90+ WPM with high accuracy
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Professional demeanor and excellent judgment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Comfortable handling confidential information
    Preferred
    • Experience supporting senior leadership
    • WordPress and Mailchimp experience
    • Social media experience
    Compensation: Starting at $55,000 plus benefits
    Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (fully onsite) , with occasional weekend responses
