Boston University''s Office of Research is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Associate Provost for Research. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple competing priorities, complex scheduling, and a broad range of administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. Working closely with senior leadership and the broader research community, the Executive Assistant will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Office of Research while supporting strategic initiatives and research administration activities. The role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and sound judgment.
