Description
Job Title - Executive Assistant
Pay range : $40.00-$42.00/ hr
Location : Stanford, CA Hybrid- 3 day onsite
Duration : 06 months + Possible conversion or extension
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own and manage a complex, high-volume calendar that toggles frequently between internal meetings
- Coordinate heavy travel itineraries tied to, fight weeks, and Sports meetings — including flights, hotels, and car service — often on short notice, and monitor plans throughout.
- Process and reconcile expenses quickly and accurately, including corporate card reconciliation, receipt collection, and travel-related spend tied to fight week activity, ensuring compliance with company policy and on-time month-end close.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within media, sports, or entertainment, supporting a senior executive.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and/or Workspace (Outlook/Calendar, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs), and experience with expense and travel systems.
