The MTSU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the heart of our vibrant clinical and academic operations. In this rewarding role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, families, students, and faculty, supporting a high-impact clinic dedicated to clinical excellence and student development. Key Responsibilities: Clinic Management & Patient Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, manage intake/case files, oversee client scheduling and billing logistics, and maintain patient confidentiality. Academic & Faculty Assistance: Provide administrative, payroll, and technological support to faculty and adjuncts; assist with class/room scheduling, and event coordination. Student & Program Support: Manage department social media (Facebook/Instagram), assist the student organization, and coordinate scholarships. Office & Operations: Manage clinic supplies, technology inventories, key control, and clinic vendor services with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or HSE required (Associate's degree with related experience preferred). Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible secretarial/clerical experience (or Associate's degree + 1 year experience). Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); familiarity with Google/Microsoft Forms, Canva, and social media platforms.
