Description
Pay-range : $42/hr.-$45/hr.
Must Haves:

2 to 5 years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

High proficiency with Workspace

Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, and logistics

Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment

A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Nice to Haves:

Experience supporting executives in a nonprofit, creative, or mission-driven organization

Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com

Experience supporting live events or production logistics
