Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Supermicro. This role will support one of the company's most dynamic and fast-paced organizations, requiring exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner to the CBO, FAE, Product Office and Sales Leadership team, helping coordinate executive activities, global travel, customer engagements, internal communications, and strategic meetings across multiple regions and time zones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Manage and prioritize the CBO's Outlook calendar, including resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating executive meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Plan, organize, and support internal meetings, customer engagements, leadership reviews, and corporate events
  • Interface with internal teams, executives, customers, and global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and executive communications
  • Support leadership operationally and administratively
  • Coordinate and support conference calls, executive briefings, customer meetings, and video conferences, including meeting notes and follow-up tracking
  • Help improve organizational efficiency and executive workflow management

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant or related experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Experience supporting executive-level operations within Technology or Service or Sales organizations preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Salary Range

$98,000 - $120,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
