Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel: Manage executive calendars, prioritize critical appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Operational Liaison: Connect executive leadership with department heads (Sales, Service, Finance) to track dealership goals.
- Information Filtering: Screen incoming executive calls, emails, and corporate guests with professional poise.
- Data & Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly dealership metrics into clear performance reports.
- Meeting Administration: Plan manager meetings, record minutes, and hold teams accountable to action items.
- Confidentiality: Maintain complete discretion regarding sensitive financial records, legal assets, and personnel files. [1, 2]
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of executive administrative support experience.
- Industry Skills: Automotive dealership experience or familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) is strongly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Traits: Sharp problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and absolute discretion.
