    Join a health care association dedicated to advancing health services through groundbreaking research and advocacy. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive, playing a pivotal role in the organization’s daily operations and mission. This dynamic position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to drive the organization’s impact and effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Support to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, handle high-level correspondence, organize files, and assist with key tasks to ensure seamless operations.

    • Board of Trustees Coordination: Provide essential support to the Board, including coordinating logistics for board meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining clear, effective communication among members.

    • Meeting & Conference Organization: Coordinate staff meetings, board sessions, and conferences, handling all scheduling, venue logistics, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for smooth execution.

    • Office Systems & Procedure Design: Develop and implement efficient office systems and work flows to enhance productivity and streamline daily processes.

    • Awards & Recognition Program Administration: Oversee the awards program from nomination through to ceremony, managing all aspects to recognize excellence within the organization.

    • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO, facilitating clear communication between internal teams and external partners to foster strong relationships.

    • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Minimum of five years’ senior administrative support 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
