Executive AssistantQualifications• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information. • Self-motivated with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Key Responsibilities• Provide executive administrative support to three senior leaders. • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including expense reporting and reimbursements. • Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials. • Organize leadership meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings. • Process invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and payment tracking. • Assist with administrative compliance activities and maintain confidential business records. • Maintain organizational charts, fleet reporting, and executive documentation. • Organize digital files using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. • Support additional executive projects and operational initiatives as needed.
