This individual will serve as a trusted partner and strategic facilitator, ensuring precision, discretion, and efficiency in the operations of the executive office.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner and strategic facilitator, ensuring precision, discretion, and efficiency in the operations of the executive office.
The ideal candidate is a composed professional who anticipates needs, exercises impeccable judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position demands excellence in written and verbal communication, organizational acumen, and an instinct for navigating complex priorities with professionalism and grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with exceptional accuracy.
- Prepare and refine correspondence, presentations, and reports, including materials for the Board of Directors and its committees.
- Record and maintain Board and committee minutes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage cross-company coordination and follow-through on executive priorities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest professional standards.
- Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism in internal and external interactions.
- Support special projects, leadership events, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience providing executive-level support, ideally within a complex or multi-entity organization.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
- Notary Public commission required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
