Location: Plano, TX  (100% Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Compensation: $75k - $85k

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership at a growing law firm. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises exceptional discretion, and can effectively manage competing priorities.
 
In addition to traditional executive support responsibilities, this position will play an important role in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities by coordinating documentation, managing timelines, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the transaction process.
 
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate the needs of executives while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by coordinating due diligence materials, organizing transaction documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
  • Maintain organized and confidential electronic and physical files.
  • Prioritize competing requests while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling or logistical conflicts.
  • Ensure executives are prepared for meetings, presentations, and business initiatives.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, C-level leadership, or partners.
  • Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing complex executive calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executives within a law firm, financial services, private equity, investment banking, or other professional services environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Administrative certifications such as CAP or project management certifications are a plus.
