Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism. Assist in organizing and coordinating events or departmental activities. Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and maintaining records. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Monitor and order office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace.

A successful Executive Assistant should have: strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience supporting senior-level executives is a plus. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
