Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. You will work on-site Monday to Friday.

Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executive/s.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing events or meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Handle expense reporting and budget tracking as required.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

Profile

  • Must have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant with experience in the Finance Services or Nonprofit industry.
  • Experience with managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday.
  • Must be able to commit to the assignment of September 2026 to March 2027.
