    Executive Assistant (In-Office )

    Salary: $60,000 + (DOE) with Excellent Benefits

    Are you a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to leadership in a growing, client-focused organization.

    This is a full-time, in-office role with a consistent schedule — no nights or weekends — offering stability, strong leadership exposure, and long-term opportunity.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership
    • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
    • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications
    • Create and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, reports, and client-facing materials
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
    • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and leadership activities
    • Assist with special projects, including confidential and time-sensitive tasks
    • Support multi-location leadership teams as needed
    • Help organize employee recognition and engagement initiatives

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
    • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and formatting professional presentations)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Additional training in business, administrative support, or office management is a plus
