EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER
LOCATION
Lewisville, Texas | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
* $70,000-$90,000 annually; plus a competitive bonus
* Schedule: Traditional business hours M-F

ROLE IMPACT
Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to the CEO while supporting a leadership team of approximately eight executives and helping keep the office running smoothly. This role is approximately 60% executive support and 40% office management. Success requires exceptional organization, polished communication, proactive follow-through, and the flexibility to handle everything from executive meetings and travel to day-to-day office needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, calls, executive travel, and occasional personal-assistant responsibilities for the CEO; provide additional support to C-suite and leadership team members as needed.
* Coordinate leadership meetings, executive offsites, and important visitor meetings from start to finish, including agendas, schedules, hotels, meeting spaces, catering, technology, presentations, materials, and vendor coordination.
* Draft professional memos, letters, and executive correspondence; create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other business materials using Microsoft Office.
* Partner with Executive Assistants and other stakeholders to align executive schedules, meetings, travel, and logistics; occasionally travel with the CEO or attend offsite meetings.
* Oversee office operations, including supplies, water, copy equipment, vendors, service needs, administrative controls, and operational reporting, with support from the Receptionist.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrated executive administrative support experience with strong calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the professionalism and interpersonal presence to work directly with CEOs, executives, visitors, and external partners.
* Advanced organizational and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive correspondence, with proven ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities independently.
