As one of the Executive Assistants in Jasper, Indiana, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Banking Officer, Chief Commercial Banking Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and other Executive Committee members in the Organization. Because we are a publicly traded company, you will regularly communicate key details with external vendors, legal counsel, accounting firms, and shareholders.
Summary:
To thrive in this role, the Executive Assistant must be organized, detail and results-oriented, able to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and projects, listen for feedback and validate and address concerns, able to develop and execute project plans, manage boundaries, maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and other work-related items, and allocate resources. Our team values strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and professional relationships within the German American team.
What You'll Do:
A Day in the Life - Every day, you will oversee important details that impact our Executive Committee schedules. Whether you're communicating critical details, coordinating and scheduling daily appointments and travel arrangements for the named Executives that you support, or administering a project assigned to your role, you are the person people rely on for a seamless experience. Additional routine parts of this role include gathering, compiling and disbursing data, working closely with Executive members regarding meetings, scheduling, committees, annual proxy statement, and other support as needed during merger and acquisitions and more.
You're Part of a Team - You are part of the Executive Administrative Team. You collaborate with Executive Officers to align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization. You are encouraged to take initiative, accept challenges and be collaborative to achieve performance and operating excellence for our customers and shareholders.
