    Description

    We are seeking an exceptionally driven, fast-moving, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to help support the Vice President of Compute Abstractions in our growing global organization. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be able to work accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including management of a fast-changing and complex executive calendar, and tracking key deliverables. Other activities may include planning and managing large-scale meetings and events. You will be part of a very fast-paced team, entrusted to a wide range of unsupervised decisions affecting the prioritization, importance, and speed of our business.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Play a leadership role with the administrative support team
    • High judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environment
    • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
    • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
    • Planning executive Domestic and International Travel
    • Problem solving and very strong analytical skill capabilities
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
    • Grace under pressure, sound judgment, and flexibility in balancing competing priorities
    • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on items
    • Manage group logistics
    • Participate in planning of key meetings and events
    • Work with other assistants throughout the org and across the rest of the company
