    Position Summary: Schneider Electric is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive activities. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. Travel Requirement: Minimal, as needed. Location: Houston, TX What will you do? Executive Calendar Management Manage and coordinate complex calendars for two Vice Presidents, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings, appointments, and business commitments. Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively anticipate calendar challenges. Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items as needed. Travel Coordination Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries. Develop detailed travel plans and provide real-time support for travel changes and disruptions. Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric travel policies and guidelines. Expense Management Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Review expenses for compliance with company policies. Maintain records and supporting documentation as required. Administrative Support Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, team events, and off-site meetings. Manage conference room reservations, catering, and logistics. Screen and prioritize communications, correspondence, and requests. Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents. Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and department records. Stakeholder Coordination Serve as a key point of contact for senior leaders, customers, partners, and employees. Build effective working relationships across functions and organizational levels. Facilitate communication and information flow between executives and stakeholders. Special Projects Assist with departmental initiatives and strategic projects as assigned. Support onboarding activities for new employees and leaders. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies. Why Schneider Electric? Reports To: Vice Presidents, NAM Delivery and US Sales What qualifications will make you successful for this role? High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior executives. Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Experience in managing travel arrangements and expense reporting systems. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
