Executive Assistant
Location: El Paso, TX   
8 to 5 Monday to Friday
$20/hr.


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the CEO, Executive Staff, Board of Directors, and Supervisory Committee.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Screen calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize reports, letters, policies, and Board documents.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, contracts, and electronic documents.
  • Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Coordinate Board meetings, committee activities, and the annual Strategic Planning session.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements and maintain purchase order records.
  • Research and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Serve as a professional liaison with members, vendors, and business partners.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Follow BSA, CIP, and other applicable compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Credit union or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work professionally with executives, Board members, staff, members, and vendors.
