Overview MPR Orthopedics is seeking a highly trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative and personal support to our company President/Owner. This position requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage sensitive information, confidential matters, and a variety of personal and business-related responsibilities Essential Job Functions:Manage confidential personal, financial, and household information with complete discretion.Organize and track medical expenses, insurance statements, invoices, reimbursements, and related records.Maintain accurate and organized records of medical, financial, household, and vehicle related expenses.Communicate with medical offices, insurance companies, financial professionals, service providers, and vendors as authorized. Manage invoices, receipts, statements, payments, and follow up on outstanding matters.Coordinate household services, maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and other appointments.Track vehicle expenses, registrations, insurance, maintenance, and related documentation.Serve as a trusted point of contact for service providers and professionals.Anticipate needs, resolve administrative matters, and follow through from start to finish.Provide general administrative support and assist with other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and document management.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.Professional, dependable, flexible, and highly trustworthy.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.Experience working with financial professionals, medical offices, service providers, and vendors is a plus.
