Executive Assistant

This critical, dual-focus role supports the President by managing the full spectrum of professional operations and demanding personal affairs, ensuring the executive is optimally prepared and focused on core business objectives.

Schedule:M-F 8-5
Compensation: $75-90K
Location: Dallas | Will require traveling around DFW area.

CategoryKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive Operations Executive Calendar & Travel Mastery: Proactively manage a high-volume, ever-changing calendar and coordinate complex, detailed domestic travel and logistics.

Communication Filtration & Drafting: Serve as the primary liaison, fielding and prioritizing all internal/external correspondence. Draft and refine high-level presentations, reports, and communications.

Strategic Meeting Management: Organize, prepare materials for, and execute key executive and client meetings, capturing detailed minutes and rigorously tracking all resulting action items.

Project & Initiative Tracking: Monitor progress on core business projects, leveraging business intelligence in Print/Packaging, Manufacturing, or related sectors to ensure the CEO is fully prepped for all commitments.
Personal & Household Management Personal Logistics Ownership: Fully manage and execute a high volume of personal and household scheduling (appointments, reservations, vehicle maintenance, pet care).

Private Event & Travel Planning: Plan, book, and coordinate seamless domestic family travel and private events with comprehensive itinerary creation.

Vendor & Property Oversight: Act as the primary interface for managing all household vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely and quality property maintenance.

Financial & Errands Support: Assist with the organization of personal finance documentation, bill payments, and coordinating personal errands, purchasing, and gifting.

Required Experience & Key Success Factors

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive, dedicated experience providing high-level support to a C-level executive or Principal, with demonstrated expertise in managing a high-demand blended executive and personal support portfolio.
  • Industry Preference: Prior exposure or direct experience within the Print/Packaging, Manufacturing, Beauty, or Nutraceutical sectors is highly preferred.
  • Technology Fluency: Expert-level command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proven proficiency with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or ERP systems.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
