Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the commercial organization, enhancing executive effectiveness through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, expense processing, and project support.
Manage complex schedules, arrange travel and meetings across multiple time zones, and prepare executive materials such as presentations and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support sales initiatives, and assist with special projects and events.
Maintain confidentiality, anticipate leadership needs, and build strong relationships.
Requirements include 5+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in MS Office and travel tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
