Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant at Center Education Group, you will be the right hand to our executives, providing them with exceptional administrative support and ensuring their day-to-day activities run seamlessly.. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in managing and tracking projects and initiatives.
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
