The Panther Group is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant for a 6-month consulting opportunity supporting a leading university environment in Boston, MA. This is a fully onsite role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly professional environment.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Screen calls, prioritize communications, and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and administrative systems
  • Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up documentation as needed
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
  • Assist with onboarding support for new leadership team members
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2–4+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including:
    • Outlook
    • Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education or university environment experience
  • Experience supporting multiple executives
  • Prior office management experience
Pay up to $40 per hour DOE
