Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an essential support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Pay Range: $21/hr - $25/hr
What's the Job?
- Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and proactive planning
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and expense reporting
What's Needed?
- 3–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (executive-level support preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to manage time independently and anticipate executive needs
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Experience:
- Success managing multiple executive calendars simultaneously in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage executive-level meetings, presentations, and events
