HumanHire is partnered with a growing company in Woodbury, NY, seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its incoming CEO. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who can operate as a trusted business partner and help a new CEO hit the ground running.

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing priorities, communications, and day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and business documents.
  • Act as a proactive business partner by anticipating the CEO's needs, identifying potential issues, and ensuring priorities move forward.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support executive communications and help ensure deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups are managed accurately.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across the organization.
What We're Looking For
  • 7–10 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a CEO, President, or other C-suite executive.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, meeting logistics, and confidential information.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs and operate beyond traditional administrative responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and follow-through.
  • Professional executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and directly.
  • Strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing polished presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
