    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizesandmanagesdaily schedule, informingsenior leadersof upcoming commitments/ responsibilities & performing appropriate follow-up.

    • Screenscalls, providesgeneral information to callers,transfersto appropriate person

    • Screensincoming email/miscellaneous correspondence & providesnecessary administrative follow-up and/ornotifiessenior leadersof issues requiring immediate attention

    • Plans meetingsand eventsincluding, but not limited to, guest and invite lists, menu selections, venue selection, transportation, hotel accommodations, and entertainment.

    • Preparespresentations and miscellaneous correspondence

    • Prepares/ monitorsexpense reports

    • Coordinatestravel arrangements (domestic & international). Includes coordinatingCSP group travel, as well as arrangements for guests

    • Preparesdetailed travel itineraries and compilesdocuments fortravel relatedmeetings

    • Orders office suppliesand other materials.

    • Greets and screens visitors at the reception area.

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a high school diploma.  Associates Degree inFinance,Business, or some college preferred.

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as anAdministrativeAssistant.

    • Demonstratedexcellencein personal computer Windows applications including: MicrosoftOutlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. 

    • Must possess strong communication skills, be proactive in problem solving, highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure at times, and handle confidential matters with discretion.  

    Physical Requirements:

    • Generally works in an office environmentincluding extensive telephone and computer work.  

    • Job requires sitting, standing, and walking, mostly at the incumbent’s discretion.

    • Normal visual acuity required for computer work.

    • Occasional lifting of office supplies or files(less than 25 lbs.).
