    Position Summary
    JRP is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position plays a critical role in improving organizational efficiency by managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting both business and executive-level initiatives.

    Compensation Range
     
    Competitive salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CFO.
    • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Review, organize, and maintain contracts, permits, licenses, and other business documentation.
    • Research licensing requirements for new markets and assist with business license renewals and regulatory filings.
    • Support environmental compliance initiatives, including documentation related to storage tanks and other regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the review and organization of customer, vendor, and business contracts.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Identify opportunities to improve organization, productivity, and administrative processes.
    • Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide support as priorities evolve.
    • Perform additional administrative, operational, and project-based responsibilities as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience supporting executive leadership, senior management, or business operations preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
