Looking for a an Assistant and Site Coordinator that will prioritize providing on-site administrative support by conducting site-wide communication, employee engagement, and event coordination!
Job Description:
- Provide daily support to top executives, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Prepare materials and ensure readiness for executive engagements.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and Executive Leadership Team.
- Oversee follow-ups and track deliverables for meetings and projects as well as organize and manage all-hands meetings, leadership off-sites, and site-wide events.
- Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings and vendor services.
- Draft internal communications for consistent messaging.
- Facilitate space organization and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:- 3+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizing abilities.
- Expertise with digital communication platforms including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with complex scheduling.
- Extreme prudence when managing private affairs.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Advanced degree is preferred, HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Pay: $25 - $45/HR.
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
