    Job Title: Executive Assistant

    Location: Alpharetta, GA Onsite – 5 Days/Week
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
    Employment Type: Contract

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents
    • Screen calls, manage information requests, and handle confidential communications
    • Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and visitor logistics
    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and senior executives
    • Prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
    • Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership
    • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including formatting, tables, and mail merges
    • Experience with general office administration, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting management
    • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information and interact effectively with executives

    Please Note:

    • This is a 100% onsite position (5 days per week).
    • Remote or hybrid work is not available.
    • Standard work hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
