IDR is seeking a Executive Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity. This role offers the chance to support senior leadership with a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The position involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and partnering with various internal teams to drive operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Executive Administrative Assistant:
- Provide executive administrative support for three senior leaders.
- Manage highly complex and frequently changing calendars across global time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, customer meetings, offsites, and team events.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, briefing documents, and follow-up action items.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements for the Executive Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP-level leaders or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management tools.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
