    Description

    Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant III for their Detroit, MI/Remote location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
    • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
    • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
    • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
    • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
    • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 5-7 years experience required.
    • Experience working with executives highly preferred.
    • 5-7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience required; experience supporting senior leaders or executives strongly preferred
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Seasoned professional who understands office dynamics and can navigate a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with discretion and composure
    • Strong calendar management skills, including experience coordinating across multiple time zones and international stakeholders
    • Experience with Concur for travel booking and expense reporting
    • Familiarity with purchase order processing in an ERP system is a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
    • Comfortable serving as the face of the office - personable, professional, and approachable across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
